Pakistani MP: Azerbaijan elections to be another step towards strengthening democracy
Long-standing relations between Azerbaijan and Pakistan are based on mutual support and solidarity, Zulfiqar Ali Bhatti, a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan, said at a press conference on September 2, Secki 2024 Independent Media Center informs.
"We are confident that the current elections in Azerbaijan will be another step towards strengthening the democratic base in the country and will contribute to its further development and prosperity," he noted.
The parliamentarian also expressed hope for further deepening of relations between the countries.
